Are we allow to start groups here?

Like you can add Loki, me, and Rikku to a group just push the group button and them push moderators and then fill in the details and then you have a group.

The buttons under the title mantine like foruums, portal, search, members, and then groups click on that and then click on moderaters and fill in the information and then you have a group.
